When Will You Ship My Order?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. However 99% of orders are shipped within 3-5 days of payment.


When Will I Receive My Items?

Handmade items and print on demand items should arrive within 3-4 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 6 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.


Where Is My Order?

We totally understand the excitement of waiting for your order to arrive! Now, about those tracking numbers – while we strive to provide tracking information whenever possible, please note that not all orders come with tracking numbers.

If you didn't receive a tracking number with your order and you're eager to locate it, no worries! Just send us a support ticket by clicking below and our team will gladly assist you in the quest to find your package.

Where Do Your Products Come From?

Our products are ethically sourced from small businesses around the world. We partner up with other businesses and feature their products in our store. We then cut out the big-box-retailer "middle man" and our suppliers ship directly to you.


Will My Items Be Sent In 1 Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.


What Is Your Return Policy?
