When will you ship my items?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. However 99% of orders are shipped within 3-5 days of payment.

When will I receive my items?
Handmade items should arrive within 3-4 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 6 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

Where is my order shipping from? 
Most of our products ship from North America, some of them ship from overseas. In order to get the best prices possible we often go directly to the manufacture. Which means shipping times can take a little longer, but by cutting out the middle man, you get the best deal possible.

For most of our products, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of your purchase. Keep in mind that international deliveries might take a bit longer to reach you due to the distance involved.

Now, if you've ordered some of our special and giveaway items, we kindly ask you to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. These unique items might be coming from various locations around the world, adding a touch of excitement to your waiting time.

Where is my order? 
We totally understand the excitement of waiting for your order to arrive! Now, about those tracking numbers – while we strive to provide tracking information whenever possible, please note that not all orders come with tracking numbers.

If you didn't receive a tracking number with your order and you're eager to locate it, no worries! Just send us a support ticket by clicking here and our team will gladly assist you in the quest to find your package.

We recommend waiting for the full delivery window before reaching out to our support team. Patience can be tough, we know, but it allows us to ensure your order has ample time to reach you.

Will my items be sent in 1 package? 
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

What is your return policy? 
Most items have a 45 day refund policy. We realize it takes some time to get your items and you want to test them out first. We're pretty reasonable people. Just send us a support ticket and we'll do our best to help you out. Our #1 goal is keeping our customers happy!
